You can add friends to your Close Friends list to obtain a notice each time they upload. You can transform these notices off at any time.
How To Make Someone A Close Friend On Facebook
1. Go to their account
2. Hover over Friends at the top of their profile
3. Select Close Friends
Keep in mind: You can add friends to more than one list or remove friends from a list.
Approach 2
1. Open up the Facebook app.
2. Tap menu symbol in top best edge > Friends
3. In the Friends tab, tap the friend you want to add in the Close Friends list to see her/his Facebook page
4. Touch the Friends button > Edit Friend List
5. Select Close Friends, and afterwards touch Done.
