Bored with the look of your YouTube application? Take it easy, because YouTube recently launched a new feature to change the background appearance / YouTube theme to black / dark. With the new YouTube Theme modifier feature, you can change the look of YouTube from bright mode to dark mode, or vice versa.
How to Change YouTube Themes to Dark / Light
Open the YouTube application
Click on your account icon in the upper right corner (see picture)
Select the "Settings" menu
Select "General"
In the "Dark Mode" section, click the button to activate "Dark Mode"
Note: If there is no Dark Mode button, first try updating your YouTube application to the latest version.
Very easy right. Now, for how to restore YouTube to its original appearance or change YouTube's appearance to the most bright, the way is not much different from how to change YouTube's appearance to dark.
Leave the Dark Mode switch off, then the YouTube display will return to white / light.
